Island Paradise Cottages, centrally located in Madeira Beach inside a quiet and secure neighborhood, and just off the main road. The cottages are just a 5 minute walk over to the very best beaches that the Gulf of Mexico has to offer, and you are in very easy walking distance of Johns Pass Village, with many excellent restaurants, activities, and attractions. Access to the bay for paddle boarding and kayaking is just a short walk away through the neighborhood, and you can catch the beach trolley nearby if you need to get a little further away....

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
