Ocean Sands, an upscale and well maintained complex, features one of the beach’s largest and finest pool areas. This upper floor (10th) unit shows an incredible panoramic view from the large private balcony for world-class direct Sunset viewing or gazing out at the Gulf of Mexico’s calming water. The condo has been tastefully decorated with comfort and space in mind, and is setup for an extended winter break or a perfect Florida beach vacation. -- Large beach facing living rom with comfortable seating, large TV, dining area for 6, and direct access to the balcony. -- Primary bedroom with king size bed, beach view, large walk-in closet. If your reservation falls in the Winter months (mid-December through February 1), please be aware that the Ocean Sands building closes the pool and spa area if the temperature does not reach 68 degrees during the day.
