The Best on the Beach! The Ocean Sands complex is located conveniently at the North end of Madeira Beach, with easy access to Johns Pass Village as well as to the surrounding beach communities. This top floor (12th floor) corner unit on the North end of the complex gives an absolutely spectacular view of the full beauty of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, and the Sunset show will create memories that will last a lifetime. The kitchen has been fully updated with premium granite counter tops, new cabinetry, as well as new stainless appliances. It’s fully equipped with all necessary items for meal preparation, and is ready to handle the most demanding of cooks. The kitchen area overlooks the main living room, with extremely comfortable leather couches, and large flat screen TV. With open views from the side as well as the front and back of the condo, you will feel on top of the world, with spectacular views all around. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size, high quality memory foam pillow top mattress, and leads to the private large all remodeled bathroom with dual sinks and over-sized walk in shower. You will wake to the sights of the beach and Gulf looking out from the bed, and leading out to the balcony. The second bedroom is also furnished with a King size bed, and with large closet and private bathroom access, is perfectly set up for a second couple. Also in the condo - a full size clothes washer and dryer, free high speed WiFi connection, free cable TV, free long distance telephone service, all linens, bath and beach towels, and even a few beach chairs and goodies. Stay as long as you want. This is your home away from home! If your reservation falls in the Winter months (mid-December through February 1), please be aware that the Ocean Sands building closes the pool and spa area if the temperature does not reach 68 degrees during the day.
