Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub, covered with a tarp and surrounded by tropical plants. Wind through the outdoor stone path to under the home, where you can pour yourself a refreshment from the builtin wet bar. Inside the home, central air conditioning will keep you cool and comfortable when you bust out the board games. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom, with a special jetted tub for guests of the main bedroom. The open kitchen features a prep island that also doubles as a breakfast bar, perfect for casual meals together. This lovely home is ready to host your getaway bring your swimsuits! Things to Know We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. The garage is not for guest use. Guests must use stairs to access the main living floor. Four beach chairs, one beach chair, beach towels, two kayaks, two paddleboards, a beach cooler, a beach wagon, and two boogie boards are available for guest use. A kayak ramp is available for guest use! When using the dock, please be aware that the water can be shallow. Use caution during drought season, as manatees and dolphins can still reside in the water. There are no restrictions on boat types, but no vessel upon or in the waters of any canal within the city limits may proceed at a speed greater than idle speed with no wake. No boat lift is included for guest use
