This townhouse has been completely refreshed and is stunning! Pet friendly and in desired Lost Key Resort! This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse can accommodate up to 8 people. Lots of great restaurants close by. Deep sea fishing is a must! Just a short drive to Orange Beach, & minutes away from great vacation shopping and restaurants. Get your family ready for your choice of relaxing or tons of fun! Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2-car garage & private balcony. You’re just a short walk to the white sugar sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf. When you enter the townhome on the ground floor you will go up a flight of stairs to the open concept living area which is comfortably furnished with sofa & chairs, dining table, & a breakfast bar with stools. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances & all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare a gourmet meal! The main floor also has a powder room for your convenience. This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). The Beach Club offers private beach access, swimming pool, locker rooms & showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club (hours vary) for purchase of food, snacks & beverages. Complimentary shuttle service is available within the Lost Key resort. When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf there are 3 relaxing bedrooms to retire to for the night. The master bedroom has comfortable bedding & a king size bed. The master bedroom suite includes the master bathroom with double sink vanity, & a walk-in shower. There is also a large flat screen tv to catch a movie. The 2nd guest bedroom is also furnished with comfortable bedding, a queen size bed & TV. The 3rd guest bedroom has full over full bunk beds. Both guest bedrooms have flat screen TV’s. Both guest bedrooms have hallway access to a full bathroom with large vanity & a shower/tub combo. We make it easy to say with us! Salt Meadow Drive - HOA Rules, Effective September 1st, 2022 Garbage and Trash Containers; Containers may be placed at the curb no earlier then Tuesday afternoon and must be returned to the respective garage by Wednesday end of day. Garbage cans may not be stored in the back of the Townhouse at any time. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation Golf/Carts/Electric Vehicles: Golf carts are to never be parked or driven on the grass. Except for quick stops at a Townhouse where they may remain in the driveway, they are to always be parked inside the garage. Note the intent of "quick stops" is a stop of less than 15 to 30 minutes. Renters or owners who are renting a golf cart MUST BE PRESENT for delivery and pickup/return of a golf cart rental. Golf cart must remain inside garage at all other times, including immediately after delivery.
