Experience the Difference: Professionally Managed by Property Manager Annapolis
The gorgeous Downtown Annapolis home was meticulously remodeled from top-to-bottom in a luxurious fashion. This fully-renovated 1800 historic home is a few blocks from Main Street, the Annapolis Waterfront, a public water pier at the end of the street, and the Naval Academy - perfect for Navy parents, Alumni, weddings, sailors, weekenders, sightseers, Legislators and Work-cationers.
The home features multiple living spaces, inside and out. Walk on the original wood floors throughout the home as you enjoy the formal living room, custom high-tech gourmet kitchen, TV lounge, 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The kitchen has every high-end appliance you could imagine, including a smart TV screen above the stovetop, a multi-functioning microwave/warmer/convection oven, sound system and even a smart Keurig on the refrigerator door. The massive kitchen island doubles as a large breakfast bar. The outdoor space continues with a dining table for 6 on the large brick patio and a gorgeous side porch running the length of the house and driveway with brand new lounge chairs. There is also a gas grill to cook those al fresco dinners.
Head upstairs to the 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, also all renovated to spoil you and your guests. The King en suite Bath has a double vanity, soaking tub and large custom tile and glass shower. There are 3 more guest rooms which share 2 full hall baths on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
As if that weren’t enough, the home also has a private driveway for 3 cars. The driveway can be used to park the cars or clear them out for a game of Cornhole or a BBQ!
