56 Ocean Place Enjoy beautiful sunrises in this luxurious, oceanfront condo, where you’ll be treated to unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean from the fifth floor. This complex is located right next door to the Ritz-Carlton of Amelia Island. As you enter the condo, you’ll be greeted by an open living and dining area with views of the ocean, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and two sets of sliding glass doors that lead outside to the balcony - one set in the living area and one in the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features an open closet and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The guest bedrooms also have private bathrooms. THINGS TO KNOW There is a large scale state mandated construction project at this association causing noise, loss of pool amenity and workers on property. Only Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rentals are allowed from June through mid-August. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 5. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
