In the Winter, enjoy skiing at BlackTail Mountain located just 30 minutes from the condo on over 1000 acres of National Forest, overlooking Flathead Lake. You won’t miss the spectacular views as the lodge and parking area are at the top of the mountain, so bring everyone along regardless of skiing ability. Cross Country skiing is also available.Venturing just a bit further, Whitefish Mountain Resort, referred to as “Big Mountain”, is a beautiful 39-mile drive. With over 3,000 acres and Ranked #3 Resort in the West by Ski Magazine, Whitefish Mountain is not to be missed. After a great day on the slopes, make sure to stop in town to take in some of the great restaurants and shopping Downtown Whitefish has to offer.
In the summer enjoy Flathead Lake, Flathead River, and Glacier National Park. Marina Cay rental shop has motorized boats, kayaks, and Stand Up Paddle Boards for rent. Make sure to call in advance so our concierge can assist with these reservations. Flathead River system has three forks, guests in our condo will fish the North Fork (western border of Glacier National Park) or the Middles Fork (southern border of Glacier National Park) and fish for native Westslope cutthroat trout. Plan to spend a full day at Glacier National Park. Be sure to check out Going to the Sun Road, Lake McDonald and the over 70+ day hikes. The spectacular views are amazing wherever your adventures take you!
