The Highland Gables is one of the nicest properties in the region, there are very few like it. Please don’t hesitate to look over the reviews as they highlight so many wonderful things about the home.
This 4,100 square foot home is centrally located near downtown Beaverton, just twenty minutes from Portland. It offers a level of spaciousness and comfort for groups that few can rival. The open floor plan is great for any group, and there are a number of upgrades in and out. New fencing and landscaping has recently been updated and upgraded. One of the most unique parts are the pictures and décor from around the world showcasing the owners’ travels. Everything about the house is quite special, so be one of the fortunate to enjoy all it has to offer.
The home is located off a suburban road by a long driveway that leads back to the house, where it is nestled near an undeveloped field on one side. There is ample parking for five cars if needed. As you enter this truly special home, you can’t help to notice the cozy sitting area and fireplace to the right as you enter. If you proceed down the other hall it leads to a huge open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living area all connected for your group to enjoy time together. There is a large flat screen TV, Bluetooth sound bar, and streaming options for your entertainment needs. Just beyond the kitchen and dining area it opens up on to a brand new deck and gorgeous hot tub.
Upstairs boasts an incredible five bedrooms and a huge bonus area with a couch that makes into a large bed as well. The first room on the right is the spacious primary bedroom with a king bed and an additional sleeper sofa if needed. Three of the other bedrooms are impressively furnished with king and queen beds. The final bedroom has two twin bunk beds allowing the room to sleep four more easily.
The bonus room has a game area stocked with games as well as a ping pong table for your enjoyment. The sleeper sofa offers room for two more to sleep as well as a 65" Roku enabled TV for your streaming desires. There are three full bathrooms and a laundry area on the second floor to provide ample utility and space for groups staying.
When staying at this location, you are just a couple minutes from downtown Beaverton where there are almost too many options to list. Inside of a mile there is ramen, Thai, Korean BBQ, Mediterranean, and of course the famous Big’s Chicken. If you want something a little more upscale, check out Decarli for a tasty Italian dinner spot. When it is available, enjoy the farmers market just down the road or the Central Beaverton Park for countless activities year round.
Less than a mile away is the Beaverton Town Center MAX stop where you can take the light rail through downtown Portland as well as too and from the Airport among many other stops through the greater Portland region.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can’t control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
