We understand that having a clean and sanitized space is part of that experience. We wants to notify all guests that in addition to the extensive cleaning standards we already follow, we have recently doubled down on disinfecting and sanitizing our homes so that our guests can rest assured the home they stay at for their vacation is as safe as possible. Our guests can sleep easy knowing that we take safety issues seriously and that we are responding to the current challenges in a way that allows you to relax and enjoy your stay with us, your friends, and family. Guests have access to the entire loft! We are available if you need us! We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you’ve never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville’s charm is on every side of you stretching from the Old City to Market Square and beyond! You are also within walking distance to the University of Tennessee and big orange football. Almost everything is within walking distance! • There will be a $50 charge if the key and/or pass are lost or taken. • Due to an increased volume of units to clean each day, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.
