The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 1 sofa bed.
The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning, lift, iron and ironing board, safe box, and toiletries. The house is at your complete disposal and we’ve put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you’re staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
