Pico D305 is a beautiful one-bedroom condo located at the base of Pico mountain. Ski all day right from your great condo. Return at the end of the day to sit by the fireplace and relax. This condo has a queen size bed in the bedroom. Coin-operated laundry is available onsite on the ground floor of the building. There is also a shuttle bus to take you to Killington’s Snowshed Base Lodge on weekends and holidays. Killington’s nightlife with its great restaurants and nightclubs is only a couple of miles away. "Pico with its big mountain ski and small mountain charm" (please note this unit has NO AIR CONDITIONING)

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
