Cozy and Vermont charm describes the mountain home. The perfect place for a group of friends or family to spend a mountain vacation. The great room has plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy each other’s company in front of the wonderful fieldstone fireplace. You won’t feel left out if you have kitchen duty since it is all open to the living area. There are four bedrooms and one sleeping loft that can accommodate 10 people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a bath. The second bedroom has a queen with two of the other bedrooms having two twins each. The loft also has two twins. There is WIFI included that will help you with your cell phones as cell service is a little scarce in the mountains.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No Smoking
- Pets in pet friendly properties only with prior approval and an additional pet fee.
- Minimum Age Requirement is 24.
