The master features a king size bed, large flat screen TV and private entrance to main balcony and bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and huge roman tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, third bedroom has a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds on request and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. You will also enjoy large flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room, washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and two additional bathrooms with granite countertops. The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
