This beautiful Guadalupe River front home accommodates up to 14 people. It has three bedrooms with king sized beds and one room with a queen. Additional sleeping for 6 with sofa sleepers. Everything you need to make lasting wonderful memories is in this large house on the river. Offering free access to Wi-Fi and a smart TV since we know you need some of the pleasures from back home. This home has 2 kitchens including: refrigerators, oven/stove, microwave, coffee makers, blenders, pots, pans, plates, glasses etc. Each kitchen has it’s own connected dining area and breakfast bar which together seats 14. High quality linens are provided for all beds and baths. BBQ pit available for use as well as two kayaks. There is one 10 foot and one 12 foot kayak. There is a fire pit (fire wood not provided.)
This property is dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum, 40lb max weight limit, at $50 per day per dog. Please make sure your breed is not on the do not rent to breed list. This property is down river from the historic Faust St. Bridge and immediately down river from the IH 35 public boat ramp only 1 minute off Hwy I 35. It is up river from Lake Dunlap. To float either the Guadalupe or Comal River, contact Rockin’ R River Rides. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 7 vehicles. This home has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.
To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
