You can hardly get any closer to the beach than this Lost Colony beach house. Located just steps to the complex swimming pool or to the walk over to the beach. The main living area has an open living room and kitchen. There are two tables one seats four and the other three along with bar seating for four. The kitchen is well equip and there are views of the water from any location in the room. The 30 foot windows with breath taking ocean views are the center point of the room. There is a full bath located on this floor. The top floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. The master has a King size bed, the second bedroom 1 queen & 1 twin and the third bedroom a Queen. The sofa down stairs also opens up into a queen sleeper sofa. The grand second Master on the ground floor has a King size bed and amazing views of the water, just steps away. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
