Beautiful brand new home conveniently located in the heart of Old Town Port Aransas and just a 3 minute drive to the beach! This cottage is within walking distance to the city park, and marina, restaurants, shops and nightlife. After a nice long day at the beach enjoying the surf, sand and sun you can head on back to your cottage and take a dip in the beautiful community pool or cool off under the palapa. Mercer Village is golf cart accessible so head on down to one of the local cart rental shops and they will have you zipping around the island in no time. There are two assigned parking spaces for this unit. Be one of the first people to get to experience this amazing cottage in one of the best locations in all of Port A.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
