Also on the 1st floor is Bedroom 1, with a king bed, large screen TV, full bath and patio access. Upstairs you will find the 2 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, large screen TV and private bath. Bedroom 3 upstairs has 2 twin over full bunk beds, an air hockey table, TV and private bath. Enjoy the ocean breezes, sunrises and sunsets because both of these rooms have doors that lead to the 2nd floor deck with hammocks! Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
