This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is located right on the beach in Port Aransas. This two story home has all of the living area on the second floor which allows for amazing views from most of the rooms in the house. The master has a King size bed and a King’s master bath with a huge garden tub and a spacious shower. The second bedroom has a King. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed and the fourth bedroom two bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. The house will sleep a total of 12 people. The living room and the kitchen area are open and are the perfect place to visit in the evening. Gulfwater’s has a nice community pool and a boardwalk to the beach. Come relax and enjoy the ocean views from this spectacular home! If you choose to rent a golf cart it must be rented from Port A Beach Buggies at Gulf Waters charges $3.00 a day per golf cart for a golf cart...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
