You will have the ADU space all to yourself. There is the main house separate from the ADU unit with its own entrance. Guests do not have access to the main house and parking for the main house. The sound from the main house might be audible due to shared wall. Short Term Rental License approved by the City of Pacifica. Guests will have access to the entire space on the listing except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. This 1 BR has its separate entrance and parking from the main house. CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. NO Refund within 60 days of check-in, if you book on our website.
