This beautifully remodeled condo inside the historic Shadow Mountain Resort is one of Palm Desert’s standout stays — polished concrete floors, a brand-new soaker tub, and thoughtfully curated furnishings that feel like a boutique hotel, not a rental. At 1,831 square feet across three bedrooms, it comfortably fits families and friend groups without anyone feeling cramped.
The open-concept layout flows from a fully stocked kitchen into a spacious living and dining area that seats six. On cooler evenings, settle into the couch beside the fireplace with the 65-inch Smart TV. Come morning, the Keurig and French press are ready when you are. In-unit washer and dryer.

Nature lovers have plenty to explore: Ironwood Park is a mile away, The Living Desert is a mile in the other direction, and the popular Hike to The Cross trails are 1.7 miles out. Festival season? The Coachella Valley Fairgrounds — home to Coachella and Stagecoach — is 12 miles away. Palm Springs Airport is a 20-minute drive, and San Diego, Los Angeles, and Disneyland are all roughly 2.5 hours.
