The Cape Cod Rail Trail (a 22-mile scenic path from Wellfleet to Dennis) is literally in your backyard - wander past the vegetable patch and hop on the trail. You’re also just minutes from Marconi National Beach & Seashore, and even closer to beloved Wellfleet favorites - including the flea market and drive-in.
Enjoy a secluded setting and expansive deck with room to lounge and dine. Big bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements can accommodate large groups comfortably, and a homey living space features chic decor and a fireplace.
Quaint and cozy, with just the right amount of seashore style, the living area features seating for six on plush sofas. Enjoy the warm ambience of a wood-burning fireplace. A small office offers a spot for checking in on your laptop. The spacious kitchen features a full suite of appliances, ample counter space, and all the extra gadgets and cookware needed for your favorite recipes. A kitchen bar has seating for three. Enjoy sit-down meals at a dining room table for six, or eat alfresco on the deck at a table for six.
The expansive deck also has room for eight to enjoy the shade in two adjacent lounge spaces. Listen to the birdsong while relaxing on the patio’s sun loungers - surrounded by blooms during the warmer months. Added conveniences include a grill and outdoor shower. Wonder through the grassy yard, and you’ll find yourself right on the trail to the beach.
The primary suite offers a king bed, a desk, and a window-side armchair. The en suite bath holds a walk-in shower. A snug attached bonus room features seating near a window overlooking the trees. The second bedroom boasts a king bed and a living space with a sofa and a TV. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers two queen beds, a desk, and a sofa. The fourth guest room has a king, twin bed, and a sofa. An adjacent bathroom offers a large vanity and shower/tub combo.
