Prepare home-cooked meals in a stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dine together at a table for four. The living area invites up to five guests to sink into the sofa and chaise lounge to watch the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper. Spend quiet evenings sipping wine on a shared deck with seating for two, and look out at the Sheepscot River below. Get a good night’s sleep in a queen-size bedroom with handsome wood furnishings and a 32” wall-mounted flatscreen TV. An adjoining guest bathroom is configured with a shower. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Things to Know The balcony now features a divider, so each retreat has a private balcony. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
