This is a 200 sq.m. fully equipped first-floor apartment located in the rural area of Nea Magnesia, 500m from the beach. near taverns and supermarkets and 10 km from Rethymno town.
The apartment has large living areas, a living room with sofa, satellite TV, and is connected to the modern open-plan fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds. All beds have cocomat mattresses. There are 4 bathrooms and a Jacuzzi. On the exterior there is a 25 sq.m. shared swimming pool with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
The area has nice traditional taverns, a supermarket while in just a few minutes’ drive you can reach the vivid Rethymno town with its unlimited tourist attractions and amenities.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
