This is a 100 sq.m. newly built villa located in a 150m distance from the magnificent sandy beach with its famous crystal clear waters in the Damnoni area.
The ground floor has an open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a corner sofa, and a huge 55" smart TV set with a Netflix account. On this floor, there are two single beds bedrooms which can be joined together to form a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00), with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there is another bedroom, with a double bed and its own en-suite modern bathroom.
On the exteriors, there is a 25 sq.m. private swimming pool, a lawn area garden, and a patio. There are sunbeds and various outdoor furniture.A parking space is also provided

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
