Our condo is four miles away from the biggest (and best) downhill skiing in the west and a few minutes from Big Sky town center. The living area is an open space concept with a fully equipped kitchen to make a gourmet meal, dining area seating with 4 bar height stools that can be used at the high-top table or at the bar countertop, and a cozy living room featuring the wood-burning fireplace. There are two bedrooms featuring queen size beds. There is a shared recreation center with a pool and hot tub nearby. This property is 200’ from cross country skiing trails too!

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed.
