Conveniently located on a flat plot, you’ll enjoy the private garden with idyllic atmosphere, pool area, terrace, kitchen and salon, all on the same level! Great for families with children who want to be close to the beach but also enjoy the private pool and garden.
The beach is at only 300m, a 10min walk or a 2min drive. You can park your car for free on the private owner’s parking near the beach. The beach has a restaurant, showers, water activities and bay watch.
You enter this villa on the top floor. Park your car on the property via an automated gate.
On this floor you’ll find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower), air conditioning and access to the balcony.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
