With 260m², this spacious villa is fully equipped for up to 7 guests, combining comfort, style, and functionality. VILLA LAYOUT This level features a private garage and a laundry area. The garage accommodates 2 cars and has protected access via a driveway. GROUND FLOOR The main floor offers a bright and airy living-dining area with fireplace and Smart TV, compatible with your Netflix/Disney/etc accounts. The fully equipped kitchen has been renovated in 2025 and includes a dining table and direct access to the terrace/pool area. Both the living room and kitchen open onto the outdoor area, featuring a private pool, barbecue, and pergola with outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals and evenings by the sea. This floor also includes a full bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR - Master bedroom: double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, private balcony, and sea views. - Second bedroom: double bed and balcony. - Third bedroom: double bed + single bed. - Second full bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year.
