BEACHFRONT CONDO on the gulf. This waterfront condo is located directly on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. Along with beautiful beach views, another advantage of a stay at Aquavista is there are only two eight-story towers, allowing for a less crowded beach. NON-SMOKING. This condo has Roku smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms. On-site amenities include beachfront swimming pool, hot tub, an elevated sundeck, and optional Beach Service. Each tower has two elevators. Direct private beach access is only steps away. Exercise facilities are not open for guest use. However, there are a number of local gyms nearby that cater to vacationers. Winn-Dixie, CVS and many restaurants located right across the street. You are also only a short trip to the famous City Pier and Pier Park for shopping and entertainment, featuring over 100 stores and restaurants. During your stay, be sure to take a relaxing walk through our Conservation Park. Only one mile away off of Hwy 98. Frank Brown Park is within a mile as well and has a splash park for the kids, water slides, green spaces, grills, pavilions, and a shaded playground. There are a number of grocery delivery and pick up services available. Ask us for assistance or recommendations. There is also a UPS and Office Depot on Panama City Beach Parkway. However, this is NOT recommended to rely on as they are not open on the weekends or evenings. First pass is free.
