Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Construction is currently occurring on the home next door. Work is permitted to occur from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. During these hours, construction noise may be audible. The pool temperature for the entire year is controlled. Pool heating can be increased over the maintained temperatures for an additional fee. 1 dog(s), weighing 50lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 175 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
