Kids and adults alike will enjoy the splash pool to cool off and to relax in. If you want a little larger pool you will find the community pool, fitness center and game room a very short walk around the corner. (Manager Note: The pool is a splash pool only, it is not a jetted spa or hot tub.)

***While this home is pet-friendly, not all pets are accepted. There is a MAXIMUM of 2 pets, no exceptions. Every pet requires:
• PET FEE: $150 per pet, per 28 nights. This fee is not refundable and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.
• Refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 per pet. This fee is refundable based on the condition of the home after checkout and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.
• A completed screening with Pet Profile (link will be shared after booking)
• Proof of valid rabies vaccination
