This is a quiet holiday apartment located at the foot of the Castle Hill in Nice, it only takes a few minutes to reach the typical markets of the Old Town, Place Garibaldi and the Tramway, Place Masséna and the beaches of Nice!
Located in one of the few modern buildings in Old Nice, this small 80 square meter house has everything you need for a great holiday with family or friends.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people, it is composed as follows:
On the ground floor: a living-dining room with an independent fitted kitchen, a WC and a terrace equipped with table and chair with mountain view.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be joined to a large bed. There is air conditioning in the rooms and an independent toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower
Pets not allowed - WiFi internet and a garage for 1 car. Deposit 700 €

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
