This two-level, bay view home is located between the town of Bowdoinham and Baxter State Forest, close to Pleasant Point on the water and a few miles’ drive from the many restaurants, shops, and conveniences in Topsham and Brunswick. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by wood-paneled walls, a living room with a flatscreen cable TV to your left, and a dining room to your right. Towards the rear of the home is a fully appointed kitchen with every essential; it connects to an enclosed sun room with another dining table, a game table, and views of the bay in the distance. In the evenings, you’ll find one bedroom and one full bathroom on the main floor and two bedrooms and one more full bathroom upstairs. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi throughout the house.
