Beautifully furnished from stem to stern, this family-friendly beach home features all the amenities you need for your New Smyrna Beach vacation and many you didn’t even know you needed. Enjoy cooking together in the open kitchen (equipped with full-size appliances, cooking equipment, and a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar). Store drinks and refreshments in the minifridge on the first floor with a sitting area and on the other side to the first floor is a barbecue and beach supplies. Central air conditioning will ensure everyone’s comfortable during the day. The loft space on the upper floor features two twin beds with a full bathroom. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower and come on in - there’s room for you to enjoy the view! Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
