You won’t find a closer connection to the stunning Coosawattee River than at this idyllic riverfront retreat, nestled just outside the charming town of Ellijay. Whether you’re relaxing by the outdoor firepit or lounging on the expansive, wrap-around deck with front-row waterfront views, you’ll be fully immersed in the natural beauty of North Georgia.
This two-level, air-conditioned cabin exudes rustic charm, with warm natural wood gracing the walls, floors, and ceilings, and large windows that bring the riverfront setting indoors. Step inside to find a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar on your left and a cozy dining area for six on your right. Just beyond, the open-concept living room invites you to kick back with plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a streaming-ready flatscreen TV mounted above a stone hearth.
The true heart of the home, however, lies outside. The spacious deck overlooks the flowing river and features everything you need for outdoor living: a gas grill, al fresco dining area, cushioned seating, a porch swing, and a bar counter perfect for evening cocktails by the water. Spend your days dipping your toes in the cool river below, and your nights sharing stories around the firepit.
When it’s time to wind down, you’ll find a peaceful bedroom on the main floor with direct deck access, and an upstairs bedroom with its own private balcony. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, and access to community perks such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts.
Things to Know
Guests must register 48 hours before arrival or they will not be granted access to the resort.
The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.
The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.
Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
