Welcome to your secluded and deluxe tri-level chalet in Blue Lake Springs! This unbelievably convenient retreat is 2,400 square feet, has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms with an open living area and soaring ceilings that give this cabin a real mountain flair! Stay cool in the summer with forced air conditioning, each room and main floor having their own controls, or for the snowy months, cozy up to the two-sided gas log fireplace and create a gourmet feast in the well-appointed kitchen. This kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances and modern amenities that will make cooking a breeze.
Step through a large glass door out onto the large and updated deck for a fresh breath of mountain air and stunning views of large trees and the mountains. This is a great place to enjoy a summer BBQ while watching the kids play in the landscaped yard or building a snowman during the winter months. The main level is where you will find one bedroom, one full bath (shower only), and a convenient washer/dryer combo. Two more bedrooms and a shared full bath with a tub/shower combo are located on the upper level. When it comes to entertainment, the rec room is the answer! It’s complete with a half bathroom, a large sectional sleeper sofa, a flatscreen TV with a DVD/CD player, and a gas log stove. Entertain yourself with a game of billiards, electronic darts, or board games while mixing your favorite beverage at the palapa wet bar, complete with blender, microwave, and mini-fridge. More entertainment options include streaming your favorite shows and a cool triple play service, which includes cable TV with 100-plus channels, high-speed internet, and free domestic local and long distance calls. Step out onto the covered, lighted patio with a ceiling fan to stay cool in the summer or bundle up to enjoy the falling snow in the winter. Additionally, guests can enjoy the Blue Lakes Springs community’s use of lakes, swimming pool, tennis, and activities for an additional fee.
