Stay cool in the summer with forced air conditioning, each room and main floor having their own controls, or for the snowy months, cozy up to the two-sided gas log fireplace and create a gourmet feast in the well-appointed kitchen. This kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances and modern amenities that will make cooking a breeze. Step through a large glass door out onto the large and updated deck for a fresh breath of mountain air and stunning views of large trees and the mountains. This is a great place to enjoy a summer BBQ while watching the kids play in the landscaped yard or building a snowman during the winter months. The main level is where you will find one bedroom, one full bath (shower only), and a convenient washer/dryer combo. Two more bedrooms and a shared full bath with a tub/shower combo are located on the upper level. When it comes to entertainment, the rec room is the answer! It’s complete with a half bathroom, a large sectional sleeper sofa, a flatscreen TV with a DVD/CD player, and a gas log stove. Entertain yourself with a game of billiards, electronic darts, or board games while mixing your favorite beverage at the palapa wet bar, complete with blender, microwave, and mini-fridge. More entertainment options include streaming your favorite shows and a cool triple play service, which includes cable TV with 100-plus channels, high-speed internet, and free domestic local and long distance calls.
