Big Views at Red Pine H6 This location and view will make any vacation for friends and family special and memorable. Enjoy the unique artwork, knotty alder, and unusual and interesting mountain furniture. After skiing, you can relax in front of a gas fireplace while looking out at the view. This chalet has been remodeled with new kitchen appliances, cabinets, tile floors, carpet, furniture, decor, and a washer and dryer. The beds have down comforters to make you warm and cozy at night. All linens are provided including upgraded sheets, down comforters, and nice towels. There is also electric heating if needed. A gas BBQ and patio furniture are provided on the deck. This is a true vacation home! This condo is located at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort. You will be five minutes from Park City Mountain Resort, Old Town Park City, and Deer Valley. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
