NOTICE: Please be advised that there is an ongoing roofing project scheduled to continue through mid-July 2025. Work will take place Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with occasional Saturday work. While there may be some noise during the initial tear-off phase, the remainder of the work will be quieter. We want to assure you that the beach access and all of our amenities will be fully open and ready for you to enjoy throughout the project!
Paradise Beach Club 215 is proudly managed by ’Happy Palm Stays’, the top vacation rental manager on the Space & Treasure Coasts!
Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
