This spacious, direct oceanfront, ground floor unit has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The heated oceanfront pool is right outside your unit along with convenient access to the beach just steps away. You can sit back and watch the kids swim, or simply enjoy the views of the pool and ocean from the comfort of your patio.
The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, large plasma TV and a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed and the living room has a pull-out sofa if required. There is free high speed wireless internet so you can remain fully connected (if you wish).

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
