This modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is centrally located in the Northern Quarter, Manchester. The Space:
This beautiful apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings. The open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table and a space to relax on the sofa and watch the Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, as well as a smart Tv with Catch up Tv Apps. The spacious bedrooms feature plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathrooms have powerful showers, toilets and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to all areas of the apartment during the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Being so centrally located, you will be within walking distance of all the city centre attractions, including the Arndale shopping centre, chinatown, various museums and galleries, as well as a huge array of restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues. You are also close to the Northern Quarter - A trendy neighborhood, with vibrant street art, bohemian bars and independent record shops. There’s a Tesco Metro just around the corner for your grcery shopping, and the main Train ans bus stations are a short taxi ride away.
Getting Around:
The city centre is entirely accessible on foot from the apartment and you have plenty of amenities right on your doorstep. If you a travelling slightly further, there are local tram and bus stops just 5 minutes walk away. The main train stations are just a 10 minute walk away, from which there are rail links to the rest of the UK.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
House Rules:
- Pets, smoking and parties are not permitted at the property.
- We wish to inform you that a security deposit of £250 could be charged to you after your stay, to cover any additional charges, including damages and breakages, extra cleaning or any further accommodation charges (e.g., loss of keys) incurred during your stay.
