Welcome to your new coastal retreat! This charming three bedroom, two bath home is absolutely lovely. Full of serene seaside colors and beachy flare inside and out, you’ll feel relaxed the moment you drive up. The front porch has a swing and a cafe style table and chairs, it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee. Upon entry, you’ll find the spacious, elegant living area with seating for 6. The comfortable sofa turns into a queen size sleeper for bonus sleeping space. To the left is the open dining and kitchen area. There is seating for 10. The large, well appointed kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to cook up a meal. Continuing from the living room down the hall are the three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a twin over twin trundle bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. These two bedrooms share the fun, mermaid inspired guest bathroom. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
