The downstairs living room has a table with seating for 6. There are two downstairs bedrooms; one with a Queen size bed and 4th bedroom has a Queen size bed and two Twin size beds. There is a large full bathroom downstairs as well. High quality linens are provided for beds and bathrooms. There are also 4 kayaks. Brand new A/C units so you won’t get too hot during the Texas summer! Come and relax at this secluded riverfront home! Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 3-4 vehicles at this property.
