This Fabulous home is located right on the Guadalupe River! Many spacious decks allow for the best of outdoor living. This home offers a horseshoe pit, hammock overlooking the River and many decks. The outdoor BBQ area is spacious and very unique. The upstairs deck has a full size table for enjoying the beautiful views as well as patio furniture for those beautiful Texas nights! The open living room / kitchen area has been remodeled for total enjoyment. The dining room table accommodates 8 people and there are also 6 bar stools around the kitchen island. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a King size bed and is conveniently located next to the guest bathroom. The downstairs living room has a table with seating for 6. There are two downstairs bedrooms; one with a Queen size bed and 4th bedroom has a Queen size bed and two Twin size beds. There is a large full bathroom downstairs as well. High quality linens are provided for beds and bathrooms.
There are also 4 kayaks. Brand new A/C units so you won’t get too hot during the Texas summer! Come and relax at this secluded riverfront home! The closest tubing outfitter is Little Ponderosa Outfitters which is just .7 miles away from the home. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 3-4 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
