Right on Landa street with a circle drive sits this charming home. Open kitchen/dining/living area. The living room has cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table seats six with additional bar stools at the kitchen island. Off the dining area is a large den/media room with a smart TV (no cable) with an attached full bath. The master bedroom features a king size bed. 2nd and 3rd bedroom have one queen in each and there is a full bathroom convenient to all 3 rooms. Propane Grill in the back yard, tank provided. If tank is empty you can exchange it at your expense at the convenience store. Adirondack chairs and a gas fire pit, café lights and a picnic table.
No smoking. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. We will allow 2 additional guests if you want to bring an air mattress. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
