This spacious 2/2 condo at Inverness Condominiums is located right in the heart of New Braunfels. With Schlitterbahn right across the street and the Comal River right out your back door with direct river access, this is the perfect vacation spot. This open living concept has a roomy living room/dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. The master bedrooms has a Queen size bed, private bath and a smart TV, the secondo bedroom also has a queen bed, smart TV and guest bathroom across the hall. There is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin sofa sleeper too for additional guests. The living room has a smart TV with cable and free Wi-Fi. High quality linens are provided for beds and bathrooms. Come and relax for a weekend or a full week at this wonderful river condo.
Rockin’ R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin’ R shop is located only a half miles away.
You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the third floor and there is an elevator. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
