Newly remodeled!! Great 2/2 condo at River Run Condominiums is great for relaxing after a fun day in on the river. Top floor - no overhead footsteps. Shaded all morning and most of afternoon. Ceiling fans in living area and both bedrooms! The balcony has a view of the river, and guests have direct access to the river from the property. A beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and picnic tables are all located by the river. Master bedroom has a sliding glass door onto the patio which has a river view, it has a queen size bed and chair and folds out into a twin size bed, guest bedroom has a full size bed, and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room as well as a chair that folds out into a twin bed. Two full baths with walk in showers. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen, 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar and 2 bar stools at the kitchen island.
River Run Condos are located on the Comal River directly across from the Landa Park Golf Course. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. Also available for guests are two parking spaces, elevator access to the unit, and free wi-fi. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on the garage level under this unit. Free wi-fi. Elevator access. No smoking - not even on the balcony. No Pets.
Nearby Attractions: The Prince Solms Tube Chute is a ten-minute float down from River Run. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. Other attractions are just a short drive away. Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas. Schlitterbahn Water Park is also very close and allows visitors to park free and bring in their own coolers. Downtown New Braunfels is within walking distance, and the town of Gruene is a ten-minute drive. San Marcos, a twenty-minute drive from River Run, has two large outlet malls. Austin is a 45 minute drive, and San Antonio is a twenty minute drive. This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
