Be one of the first to stay in this stunning new build on River Rd between the 2nd & 3rd crossing, a perfect location floating the river. 4-bedroom, 4-full bath home with a second gathering area & sleeping loft upstairs. A spiral staircase connects 2 large, covered decks with amazing views of the Guadalupe River & only the trees & the hillside across from you. The lower deck features an oversized cedar table that seats 14 for outdoor dining.
Spacious multi-level yard with a flagstone path down to your private river access. Relax in the A-frame swing on the riverbank, jump into a tube & paddle off for an adventure, gather pecans from the huge pecans trees or play a game of washers. Spend your evenings gathered around one of the 2 fire pits watching the fireflies dance & indulging in s’mores. Tube rentals, live music & a great menu is a 1-minute drive at Lone Star Float House. A 3-minute drive to Koozie’s gives you more live music & food. Both are kid friendly.
This unique & luxurious house was built by one of the Hill Country’s most creative builders & boasts 2 master bedrooms, one on each floor both with private bathrooms & a king size bed. The downstairs master has a private patio with a river view. The upstairs master has French doors opening to the second deck overlooking the river & cliffs. The 3rd bedroom is upstairs & has a queen bed with a full-size mattress below. The 4th bedroom, also upstairs, has a full-size bed with a twin trundle. The sleeping loft has 4 built-in twin beds, each with a privacy curtain & its own shelf, electrical outlet & light. There is also a full-size day bed with a twin trundle & huge, oversized bean bag. High quality linens are provided for all beds & bathrooms.
You will love the open kitchen/dining/living room with a panoramic river view & all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen with an island, seating for 4. The dining table seats 8-10 & 4 more barstools at the window bar. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer & dryer & a 2nd refrigerator. The guest bathroom with its custom-built dressing bench & swimsuit/towel hooks was designed with river living in mind & can be accessed from the walkway coming in from the river.
Owners have provided a pack n play, a highchair & an assortment of bedtime books for the kiddos. For guests who don’t want to read Dr. Suess, they’ve also provided a stack of books from their library for you to curl up with during your stay. The house is set up with Wi-Fi & cable TV throughout & all 6 televisions are equipped with either Roku or Apple TV.
Parking for 6-7 vehicles, no campers, RV’s or trailers allowed. This home allows 2 dogs under 40 lbs. $25 per day per dog. (No fenced in area; dogs must be on a leash while outside the home). Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation & must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 18 guests & is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No smoking. The stacked logged fence is not to be burned or altered; guests must provide their own firewood. To comply with city & county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. Most cell providers see interruption along River Rd. The owners have equipped the house with a cell booster, but we still recommend enabling Wi-Fi calling in the settings on your cellular device prior to your arrival.
