You can enter the river right off the pebble beach and exit at a variety of places up & down the river, there are shuttle services available to return you to the property. Granite counter tops with a large island for extra seating in the full kitchen which includes dishes, all appliances and cookware. It also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. This house does NOT have WIFI or wireless internet. If you need access to WIFI you will have to set up a personal hot spot. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom. There is a private porch off the master bedroom with beautiful views of the cliffs. I great place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the wildlife. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a full bath in the downstairs room. There is a charcoal grill. There are tube rentals (during Summer months) next door at Gilligan’s Island. A shuttle back from Lone Star Float house provides a perfect afternoon float trip. Additionally, there is a large rock beach a short walk from the house and a deep natural swimming hole there as well. You may even spot goats at breath taking heights in the mornings. A large car port is the perfect spot to toss washers and catch a break from the sun. The beach is private as you are in a gated community with other vacation renters. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No smoking, no parties, no pets. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. NO RV’s, trailers, ATV’s or tents allowed. You can park 4 cars at the home, and another 2 cars at the extra parking. This cabin is one of the 8 Moo Cow Cabins. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
