Beautiful newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath residential home across the street from Lake Dunlap (the dam broke in May 2019 so the lake is empty, the Guadalupe River runs through it now). Photos taken March of 2020 reflect the water level at that time. This property is across the street from the river access. You must walk across the street to get to the dock and water access. The dock is also a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee. The owners have added stairs into the water for ease of access. This home is only 5 miles to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn and the Comal River!
Very spacious living room with a sofa sleeper, love seat, comfy chair and additional nook seating. Free WIFI and smart TV (no cable). Take a few steps up into the fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table with seating for 4. Second living area has a sofa sleeper and a Smart TV. Guest bathroom conveniently located off the kitchen with easy access from the 2 guest bedrooms. Each guest room has a twin over full bunk bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and en suite bath with washer and dryer.
The rustic covered deck is the place to be with seating and a propane grill. Huge back yard with fire pit (firewood not provided) and trampoline for the kids or just star gazing. Right across the street is the private lake entrance with dock. And the best part is you can bring your fur friend!! Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This property is dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum at $25 per day per dog. Dogs not to exceed 40lbs. Please note the back yard is not fenced in. There is a fire pit (fire wood not provided).

This house has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 4 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
