Come and play at our Pirates Cove Beach house! The moment you walk into this home you will feel like your on vacation. Bright, fun colors and lots of natural light will welcome you. The floor plan was designed to give you great spaces to enjoy your time. The open kitchen living room and dining room is the perfect gathering spot for family , dinner and even movie night with a nice flat screen TV. The dining room table seats 10 to accommodate large families. The master suite is located on the first floor and has a king size bed. There are three bedrooms and the second floor including a second master suite. All four bedrooms have a private bathroom and a TV. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
